Casa Grande Apartments is a 100 unit HUD Housing project on a 5.23 acre site. Dan Silverie III provided new landscaping for the entire project, high efficiency windows, replaced the roofing, modified railings to meet ADA standards, arranged for the whole site to have wireless internet, new paint throughout the buildings, added low flow plumbing fixtures, computer center, high efficiency heat pumps, cabinets, countertops, appliances, drywall texturing and new flooring.
