Dan Silverie III was contracted by Watt Communities to rehabilitate 280 condos with major exterior and interior renovations. Exterior work included new roofing, revitalizing decks & patios, garage doors, and additional landscaping. Major interior renovations included new mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems, addition of drywall-firewalls, and new flooring, millwork, and counters. This project also included construction of a new community center and gymnasium.
