Haciendas Phase I consists of 53 units of family apartments in seven unique buildings on a 2.9 acre building site.  Building amenities include tankless water heaters, indoor corridors, private patios/balconies, water saving plumbing fixtures, solar panels with net metering, hydronic heating, no VOC materials and efficient buildings to exceed the Title 24 standards by 15%.  Site amenities include low water consumption landscaping and pervious concrete parking lot to promote the natural filtration of the storm water runoff.  Phase II is designed to include the additional amenities of a tot lot, community center, classrooms, computer center, and future office space for the Monterey County Housing Authority.
