Haciendas is a continuation of the relationship between the Monterey County Housing Authority Development Corporation and Dan Silverie III. Haciendas consists of 46 units of family apartments in four unique buildings on a 2.46 acre building site. Building amenities include tankless water heaters, indoor corridors, private patios/balconies, water saving plumbing fixtures, solar panels with net metering, hydronic heating, low VOC materials and efficient buildings to exceed the Title 24 standards by 15%. Site amenities include low water consumption landscaping and pervious concrete parking lot to promote the natural filtration of the storm water runoff, a tot lot, basketball court and a community center with a future office space for the Monterey County Housing Authority.
