THE HIGHEST QUALITY
Silcon will always uphold the highest quality and craftmanship, regardless of the material specifications. Our subcontractors follow a riguorous checks and balance system than ensures al installations meet or exceed requirements. All subcontractors fully understand the level of quality Silcon expects, no exceptions.
DESIGN / BUILD
When building a new house, people often turn to architects to kick off the project. However, a different model is becoming quite popular: design-build. Instead of dividing tasks between separate architecture and construction companies, you can hire Silcon as a full-service design-and-build company to complete your entire project, from initial sketches through final construction
We start every bidding process with a complete “take off” of all construction documents. Itemized quantities are then compared with subcontractor and supplier bids to that subcontractors cover the entire scope allow us to more effectively level the bid. We continually monitor daily raw material price fluctuations and leverage historical pricing knowledge, which has proven very successful in minimizing unforseen change order costs.
As a Construction Management General Contractor, we are only as strong as our subcontractor base. We adhere to a comprehensive prequalification process to determine the most qualified and financially stable subcontractors for your project. Subcontractor scope interviews and weekly meetings help keep subcontractor mobilization costs to a minimum.
