Skyline Terrace Townhomes is a 40 unit townhome/condo conversion project overlooking Monterey Bay, CA. Major renovations of all of units were necessary due to the age of the project. All new plumbing and upgrading of electrical systems were necessary to bring these units to current building code. Major exterior work was mandated to address ADA issues, equipment access, drainage and steep slope when this project was built. New fireplaces were installed in every unit and all of the finishes were redone including new bathrooms and kitchens.
